Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using a variety of shipping companies. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) and your location. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

We offer the options of goods insurance at a small additional charge.

Due to freight company and security issues, unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day and shipping times are usually estimated at between 1-5 business days, depending on your location within Australia.  (This may be longer over the Christmas/New Year period.)

Free Shipping

Many products are shipped free of charge. Some exclusions may apply, particularly to remote rural areas. In these instances, freight costs may be open to negotiation. This free shipping is limited to mainland Australia. Australian territory islands will incur a freight charge even though the product may show free freight. (This is a limitation of our website)

Returns Policy

We do not typically accept returns due to change of mind unless products are in NEW and are UNOPENED in original boxes/packaging.  These cases will be decided on a case-by-case basis and we are under no obligation to issue refunds, but we try to keep our customers happy.  Any requests must be done within 30 days of purchase.

In the circumstances that we decide to offer a refund for an online order, the refund amount will be what was originally paid less the total freight costs involved.

Products that are faulty on purchase (DOA- Dead On Arrival) are entitled to a replacement or full refund under Australian Consumer laws. In the case of end of line stock (EOL) and the customer still wants the unit, the product will be repaired at the earliest opportunity.

If there is ever a need to return an item, the simplest way to start the process is to email us or call us.

For faulty DOA items we will create a consignment and we will email you a copy of the consignment note, and we will require the label(s) to be printed and placed on the goods to be returned. 

The cost of returns are at our expense if the goods are faulty, and the customer's expense if change of mind.

Any refunds will be made in the same payment method as the original purchase.  Refunds are typically done withing 2 days of receiving the goods back.
