In-Home Setup

Have you recently moved? Disconnected all your gear? Have more wires left over than you know what to do with? Can't remember where they went? Your house cleaner pulled out cables during the cleaning? Then call us. We offer an In-Home Setup service for the Sydney metro area. If you're not sure how it is all supposed to be connected, we can certainly correct any issues and get it up and running again, possibly better than before.

Apollo Hi Fi Centre is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Returns & Replacements

Refund / Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We can offer a in store credit or exchange at the management's discression for change of mind.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.

Customer Service Policy

Apollo Hi Fi & Video Centre is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.


Orders can be made online by adding products to your shopping cart and proceeding to the checkout.  You can also pay using Paypal Express checkout.  When using this feature you will be directed to Paypal's website to finalise your payment.  Certain brands such as SONOS and selected BOSE products are unable to be sold online, but we are able to take payments over the phone.  Products are marked accordingly if they are unable to be sold online. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments must be made in full before orders are dispatched.  Pricing can be changed at anytime without notice.  All promotions are accurate at time of printing (publishing) and are at the promotional organisation discreton. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse to process the sale.
