Good afternoon all.
Christmas is the time for giving, and for receiving. Why not treat yourself to something this Christmas?
I apologize for not being able to keep up with the product of the week blog, there have been a few minor difficulties with the blog.
We all felt here that a product of the month would be more suitable, rather than of the week. It gives us time to better understand the product that we are promoting, to give you the best suggestions.
For this month, I am promoting the entire SONOS range. A wireless sound system that can be controlled from your smartphone, or your computer (pc or mac), where the source audio is stored on your computer, or through one of the many wireless music services available (such as Spotify, RDio, Bigpond Music etc). Alternatively, the Connect, Connect:Amp, and Play5 have all got a line in source. Furthermore, there is an Ipod dock available that wirelessly works with the Sonos System.
First off, You would need a home network. For the sonos system to work effectively, you will need a control device (any windows or mac laptop should do, as long as it is connected to the same network, or an Android or Apple mobile device connected via Wi-Fi.
You will also need to connect at least one of the Sonos products to the network via LAN. If it is too difficult to run an ethernet cable all the way to the closest device, you can use a Sonos Bridge to wirelessly transmit to the other Sonos devices, which then can retransmit the wireless signal to extend the range at which they can operate.
You only need one Sonos component to connect to the network for them all to work.
The Sonos Bridge is usually the first part of the setup, It can be tucked away out of sight nearby the internet connection. If you purchase the Sonos Play3 or Play5, you will recieve one of these free of charge, normally valued at $79. Only one free promo per customer.

From there, Everything can be set up and used wirelessly (power cables excepted)
If you just wanted wireless speakers to play audio from, You will want to buy a Sonos Play3, or two to make a stereo pair. A pair of them work well together to create a quite impressive soundscape from an attractive, yet somewhat discrete unit. They can also be paired with the Sonos Sub to fill out the bottom end. Has an ethernet port so it can be the start of the Sonos system in the same way the Bridge does. If you purchase this product, you will recieve a Sonos Bridge, free of charge, valued at $79. Limited to one per customer.

You could expand on the cababilities of the Play3, with the Play5. A larger, more powerful wireless speaker that also can be paired into stereo with 2 of these units. It has 2 mid drivers, 2 tweeter drivers and a small woofer to fill out the bass when used on its own. Has an ethernet port so it can be the start of the Sonos system in the same way the Bridge does. If you purchase this product, you will recieve a Sonos Bridge, free of charge, valued at $79. Limited to one per customer.

The Connect is like a source for your Hi-Fi system. It has analog and digital out to plug directly to your amp/preamp/whatever your setup consists of. It is a neat little unit that brings all of your audio streaming to your main setup. Has an ethernet port so it can be the start of the Sonos system in the same way the Bridge does.

The Connect:AMP works in a similar way to the Connect, except it has an onboard Class D amplifier. With this, just wire up your choice of speakers, and Subwoofer if you wish, and it can be an entirely independant system. Once again, this has the networking capabilities of the other Sonos products. Sounds phenomenal when wired to a pair of quality speakers.

The Sonos Sub employs innovative design and style to pad out the bottom end of a stereo pair of Play3's or Play5's. They wont work as a seperate speaker on their own, but as part of a group, they make impressive sound from the other Sonos products turn to something that just Wows you. This sub gives Deep and Accurate bass that certainly brings your music to life.
